Today marks the 30th anniversary of his Majesty Juanka's first cup won by the Sonseca League in 1990.

The day April 30, 1990 is a very important day for the history of the club, because on that day the first cup of the small-town king won the A.D. Fesios in a very exciting match that was decided in extra time.

The team of Eustaquio Pérez, the coach who won that small-town king cup, gathered at the San Gregorio Sports City 2 days before the final to prepare plays and keep the players focused but calm at the same time.

The game started with possession for A.D. Fesios, in the first half there were hardly any shots and those that did went over the goal of the Sonseca League.

Returning from the locker room, with the score tied at 0, the Eustaquio team put the batteries and began to attack until the first came from Mariano Frutiño, who scored on a perfect counter. In the 80th minute the A.D. Fesios through Eusebio in a header that slipped through the strain of the goal post defended by Gregorio.

The two teams went into overtime and in the 115th minute the miracle was done and in a corner kick taken by Mariano, Gabriel finished off at the far post and the ball slipped into the net and thus the Sonseca League took his first small-town king cup in 1990.
